Delivery Process

N.B Please ensure to enter correct address details during the ordering process to avoid cancellation. If you would like to make any changes to your delivery address, please call the Vaadi Offices on 084 378 6061 / 074 877 0417 .

Goods are dispatched within 3 working days of upon receiving the order. The courier details are shared via email as soon as it is dispatched out of the warehouse.

For normal route locations ( R60 delivery charge for orders less than R500, and free delivery for orders above R500) Delivery can take 3-7 days to reach you depending upon your province and location.

For grey/ rural and outlying route locations will attract extra delivery charge; There are two options to choose from :

  • Postnet to Postnet (Self collect) - Orders take 2-3 working days to reach the Postnet
  • Courier (Door to Door) - Orders take 3-7 working days depending on your province and location.

PARGO (This option will attract extra charges at minimal cost)

  • Pargo is South Africas largest pick up point delivery option
  • Available for customers in normal route locations and grey to outlying locations
  • Once you select this option, you choose the nearest pick up point to your location, your parcel will arrive at the pick up point within 3-5 working days, an sms will notify you when your parcel is ready for collection. (You will have maximum 8 days to collect).

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and you can start tracking your order approximately within 24 hours after it has been dispatched. We only use reputed courier companies for all our dispatches and they are fully trackable online till they are delivered.

Order Confirmation Emails

As soon as you complete your order online an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If for some reason you are unable to locate this email please contact us at

Import Duties

If your orders are entering the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand or many other countries, you do not have to worry about import fees. Most of these countries allow upto a certain value of goods without any import/customs fee.

There are some countries where it is possible you may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, GST (VAT) or quarantine fees upon receipt of your product. These charges are separate from VAADI ORGANICS shipping charge and we have no control or influence on these charges and payment of these charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.

All our courier partners will contact, guide and assist you with the payment of these charges (if any) and promptly deliver the shipment.

Missing Orders

There is no risk to you!

Since we use fully trackable reputed courier services like Fastway and similar you will be able to track your order at every stage till delivery. You can also get in touch with us at any time and we will assist you with tracking your order.

In case an order is lost by the courier service, we will dispatch another order within 15 days as that is the time required to coordinate and get confirmation from the courier company on the lost shipment.
