Return/Refund Policy

At Vaadi Organics, our aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as straightforward as possible. All orders follow a triple check system to ensure that your order is packed correctly and securely before it is dispatched. We make use of reputed couriers only (Fastway, The courier guy, Postnet) for all our dispatches.


By purchasing from our online store you agree to our return policy in full as listed below:

Only items purchased on www.vaadiorganics.co.za will be accepted for a return, refund or exchange.

Refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered provided that the goods are in its original, unopened and unused condition, except where you have received defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

To return, exchange or claim a refund, please contact us via email at support@vaadiorganics.co.za or call +27 84 378 6061 / +27 74 877 0417 within 24 - 48 hours. Please have your order details available as per your confirmation email, as well as details of your return request.

Once the return is received at our offices (Address will be provided to you) we will then review your Return of Goods/Claim of Refund request and get back to you within 48 hours. Once reviewed and accepted, we will issue you with a refund, replacement goods, or exchange the item for another item for the equal value. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Courier charges as per actuals to us are non-refundable, except where goods are defective, damaged or where you have received incorrect goods.
